BOSTON — Read Adm. Daniel Neptun, 1st Coast Guard District commander, will tour Coast Guard Station Chatham, Mass., with Rep. Bill Keating, to discuss and observe the Coast Guard's missions and capabilities in Cape Cod, Mass., Wednesday.
