Coast Guard Admiral Neptun to join Rep. Frank Guinta for Portsmouth Harbor visit

BOSTON — Read Adm. Daniel Neptun, 1st Coast Guard District commander, will tour Coast Guard Station Portsmouth Harbor, N.H., with Rep. Frank Guinta, to discuss and observe the Coast Guard's missions and capabilities in New Hampshire, Friday.
