FORESTDALE, During the ceremony, Senior Chief Petty Officer Daniel J. Farrell will assume the responsibilities of officer in charge of the unit from Senior Chief Petty Officer Mark G. Huntelman. Cmdr. Eric L. Bruner, the commanding officer of Coast Guard Communication Area Master Station Atlantic, is scheduled to preside over the ceremony.
