Dean Mould, the captain of the lobster boat Dominatrix, calls the Coast Guard for help after Jamie Ortiz, 43, fell overboard around 2 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009, while working on the stern of the 39-foot boat near Gloucester, Mass. Coast Guard crews searched for 20 hours, covered 139 square miles and completed 10 search patterns looking for Ortiz, but were unable to locate him.
