PROVINCETOWN, Mass- A Coast Guard HH-60 Jayhawk helicopter circles above as a good samaritan tries to extinguishe a vessel fire that occurred six-miles north of Provincetown, Mass., July 21, 2010. The three mariners from the burning vessel were recovered by the good samaritan.
