UPDATE 2: Wilhelmina safely moored

BOSTON — A TowBoatUS crew towed the Wilhelmina to Marina Bay in Quincy, Mass., where it moored, Sun., Aug. 22, 2010.

The Wilhelmina was moored near the fuel pier at Marina Bay at 10:20 a.m.

The TowBoatUS crew will remain on scene until the boat is removed from the water. The crew has to run a pump every 45 minutes for five minutes to keep the boat dewatered.

The Wilhelmina ran aground on Devil's Back in Boston Harbor, Sat., Aug. 21, 2010. A Massport Fire crew removed 18 passengers from the boat while two people stayed aboard to help dewater the boat. The captain and crewman were taken to Marina Bay Saturday by the harbor master.
